Anthony Moore

Anthony Moore has over 12 successful years of financial executive search and contract and project staffing leadership experience. Anthony began his business career in 1992 at EchoStar Corporation (NYSE:DISH) where he was responsible for increasing sales distribution and improving customer service for the Southeast (TN, KY). He won two national sales awards for his outstanding performance before joining the professional services and executive search industry in 1997. Three years later, Anthony successfully started LaVista Resources' Finance & Accounting division before building the Finance & Accounting division for Hire Dynamic in 2005.

Anthony is known for his ability to deliver results while adhering to his core principles: listening, building  trust, honesty and unyielding determination. He graduated from The University of Georgia's Terry School of Business in 1992 and has been an active member in his community ever since. Anthony is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board of First Church, Christ Scientist and other outreach programs designed to help teens fight depression. Married with two children, Mr. Moore is an avid runner.  He enjoys outdoor activities and playing electric guitar.

His passion for entrepreneurism, business development and service excellence inspired a new start-up venture in 2007, jobTopia, LLC. jobTopia provides clients a "one-stop-shop" for project based consultants and direct hire Finance & Accounting resources.

Bryan Cascarano

Bryan Cascarano has a strong reputation  for client service and delivering exceptional talent to companies. With broad based business experience and a customer-focused approach, Bryan collaborates with clients in all phases of the corporate lifecycle to provide strategic hiring solutions. Bryan has developed deep-rooted relationships with companies and corporate leaders throughout Georgia and the country.

As Managing Director, Bryan has driven change and growth across all aspects of jobTopia, including business development, leadership, internal recruiting, and training. A leader in recruiting for Finance & Accounting, Bryan's practice has grown over the years to include organizations of all sizes, ranging from start-ups and large companies to well established mid-market and Fortune 500 companies throughout various industries.

Prior to joining jobTopia, Bryan spent five years in progressive leadership roles for a Fortune 500 recruiting firm and an executive boutique firm. Before transitioning into the recruiting industry, Bryan was an analyst at an asset capital firm in western New York and a Fortune 500 telecommunications company in Atlanta.

Bryan received his Bachelor's of Science in International Business from State University of New York at New Paltz. Throughout his career, Bryan has been active in several professional and civic organizations and is currently on the board of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) as VP of Education. Bryan is married with a dog, enjoys traveling, and golfing. His hobbies include taking in a new microbrewery, sipping wines, and cooking.

Betsy Robinson

Betsy Robinson is the Director of IT Services at jobTopia. She leads the Information Technology staffing division and is responsible for new business development, building and expanding existing client relationships, recruiting strategy, building and leading high performing teams, strategic planning, sales support and wearing any hat that needs to be worn in a growing company.

Prior to her role with jobTopia, Betsy held various regional account management, senior sales and recruiting roles for two of the industry’s leading staffing firms. Betsy made significant contributions to new growth and branding in the Atlanta market, as well as other geographic areas, by bringing on new clients and revitalizing existing accounts. She led and supported internal recruitment teams, was tasked with taking on special projects and client delivery efforts, and was selected from among her peers to participate in professional development, leadership, and sales training programs promoting both personal and professional growth.

Betsy is an active volunteer in WIT (Women in Technology), a society of TAG (Technology Association of Georgia). Currently she serves as a WIT Connect committee member. In 2010 Betsy was Event Sponsorship Manager and served as a member of the Outreach Committee. Betsy also volunteers her time with Cornerstone Career Ministries which counsels individuals in the area of job loss, job transition, and career counseling. For the past four years, Betsy has participated as a volunteer and mentor at ITT Technical Institute and currently serves on the ITT Business Advisory Board.

Betsy holds a B.B.A. from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. She was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity and remains a part of the Alpha Epsilon Alumni Group of Atlanta. Outside of her professional life, Betsy is an artist who enjoys both painting and photography. She can usually be found on a road trip, camping in the North Georgia mountains, or attending an art exhibition, concert, or sporting event.

Joanna Ferrier

Since 2005, Joanna Ferrier has specialized  in Information Technology search and placement delivering top echelon talent to her clients throughout the Atlanta market. Joanna prides herself on demonstrating integrity, dedication and responsiveness while providing superior customer service to her clients.

Following completion of her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, Joanna accepted a position with Stride and Associates, as an Information Technology Recruiter, working in their Remington office in Atlanta, GA. From the start of her career, Joanna has focused on the search and placement process as it specifically relates to technology.

As part of the Professional Services division of Spherion, Joanna was given the task of starting a new Professional Services Information Technology practice. As Practice Director, Joanna focused on direct hire and professional level contract placement throughout the Atlanta market. Joanna continued to grow this successful practice for the next year and a half before it was absorbed into a newly acquired division of Spherion.

After taking a brief hiatus from technology recruitment to work for a Finance & Accounting recruitment firm, Joanna was approached by a former Spherion colleague – now jobTopia's Managing Director – Bryan Cascarano, to become the third member of jobTopia's search and placement team. Joanna started jobTopia's IT recruitment practice with a focus on a combination of direct hire, interim and contract staffing throughout Atlanta.

Joanna is recently married to Joseph Ferrier, a financial planner for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Together they have four four-legged and furry children: Don Johnson, their 12 year-old pug; Avery, their 11 year-old chocolate lab; Murray, their cat of unknown age and origin; and their newest addition to the Ferrier household, Rambo, an English Bulldog puppy. They reside in their hometown of St. Simons Island, Georgia. Joanna frequently travels to Atlanta to meet with clients and candidates in order to build long lasting, professional relationships. She continues to grow jobTopia's IT search and placement practice with her partner, Betsy Robinson and a dedicated team of recruiters.
