Here are the details on this position (Immediate hire):
Integrally involved in the 2012 planning process, coordinating meetings, compiling business unit submissions, preparing analyses and reports to support the process. This in addition to the rest of the responsibilities including business unit review coordination, detailed P&L review and analysis, and SEC reporting with frequent additional ad hoc projects. It goes without saying that the finance organization rely heavily on this expertise, work product and unique understanding of the company’s financial structure.
Monthly / Quarterly:
- Update financial templates for distribution to Business Unit (BU) owners
- Detailed BU P&L variance analysis with a focus on impactful / unusual fluctuations
- Compliance verification, analysis for credit line
- Maintain, update financial reporting calendar
Quarterly:
- Prepare SEC GAAP to Adjusted EBITDA reconciliation P&L
- Prepare revenue by geography
- Prepare DSO information
- Prepare financial information for audit committee presentation slides
- Review earnings press release, materials and financial statement information
- Coordinate scheduling of BU reviews
- Prepare BU materials for review
- Review bonus compensation calculations for HR
Annually:
- Assist in compiling annual financial plan
Ad Hoc:
- Due diligence for corporate development
- 20-F review and footnote tie-out
- Create, update financial templates
- Pro-forma Product P&L
Required:
- 5+ years experience financial reporting, analysis, planning.
- SEC reporting experience – 3+ years.
- Superior Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling skills.
- Proven ability to multi task and deliver consistently accurate work product on time.
Preferred:
- Bachelors in Accounting, CPA
- MBA or CFA
- Software, technology industry experience
- M&A corporate development experience
